Every Paddywax candle is hand-poured in Nashville, Tennessee, using a clean-burning soy wax blend. We design our vessels to be repurposed long after the wax is gone, promoting a sustainable lifestyle.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax to melt across the entire surface. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting to maintain a clean, steady flame.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the continental US, with orders typically processing within 1-3 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.
How do I repurpose my candle vessel?
Once 1/4 inch of wax remains, place the vessel in the freezer for a few hours. The wax should pop right out, allowing you to wash the container with warm, soapy water and use it as a planter, pencil holder, or catch-all.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unlit products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
